Call Answering

From my experience, clients prefer to talk to a person, even if it is just to leave a message; and many would just hang-up if the line was engaged, there was no answer or it clicked over to an answering machine. Every time a client can’t reach you, you could be missing out on business, as well as damaging your company’s reputation.

At Amber Cat Admin, I use our own call answering service; sometimes I will be doing work for another client, or just can’t get to the office phone, but I can be sure that our calls are answered in a professional manner by the team in Scotland. The call answering team are all in one office, with no distractions like pets or children, and, because they work together, I can be reassured that the quality of call handling is monitored.

Amber Cat Admin’s call answering package starts at £30 per month with 20 inclusive calls. Any messages are e-mailed to you as soon as they are taken, and the team take as much information as possible for you, so that when you return the call, you are responding to the person’s actual enquiry, rather than just receiving a number and having to ask why they were calling.

Any standard calls over the included 20 are charged at £1.50 each. Should you prefer your messages forwarded via text (SMS), these are available at a cost of 15p each.

Call answering is available 9-5 weekdays and is closed weekends and bank holidays. Voice-mail is available from £7.50 per month to ensure you do not miss any out-of-hours messages.
